I always ask myself this question if its really hard to get a (job) trabaho in the Philippines. Being a corporate slave for many years, since college, I never believe this question not until I got a job. Jobs are always there. If there are no jobs, there are no money. Sure, we know that business men are greedy and all and they just want to make money. But to make more money you have to hire more people to make money for you. So if these business men are making money, they should be hiring more. Make sense to me.
But why are many people don't have jobs? Why are there too many whining people that there are not enough jobs in the Philippines? For me, the answer lies within the person asking. I mean, if you are fit to the job, you wouldn't worry about finding a job. Let's ask ourselves, what does the employer wants? What do skills they need from me so they can hire me? Do I have such skills?
Most of the time, people who are angry that they have no jobs are most of the time, people that are incompetent for the job. That is why, they waste all time of their day, telling their neighbors that the government is corrupt and its hard to find a job. I say that is BULL.
You are in charge of your fate, your life. What you are now are just the by product of what you did earlier in your life and you're just paying the price. Don't blame others, the employers, the company, the government, if you didn't prepare for this day. It's all your fault. Be man enough and keep searching for jobs. Stop blaming other forces and take responsibility. It's your life. And no one can help you but yourself. The government is there to help those that are much poorer than you and everything they will give to help you are just temporary. At the end of the day, it is still you! Always have. Always has been.
